| This was originally design as beam-column structure on bored piles anchored in hard granite. RELIACON worked together with contractor to convert the structure to RC shear wall on transfer beam. The foundation system was converted to a combination of footing, hand dug caisson and micro-pile depending on the depth of the hard granite. Estimation of pile construction cost reduced from RM 2.4 million to RM 0.9 million. | |||
